Even though they are counted as the same number, I see I have an #04 instead of just #4
Can I just run a 4 on the truck? Also, will it show as 4 instead of 04 on the broadcasts?

If you consult your profile it shows up as #4, this is how it will appear in League sessions and on the broadcast. In the OP, it's listed as #04 for the list to be quickly read. Hope that helps clarify the formatting.
